Dwarf Mistletoe

Dwarf mistletoes are small, leafless, parasitic flowering plants. Dwarf mistletoes are a common problem in Colorado forests on ponderosa and lodgepole pine. Mistletoes can spread slowly from tree to tree. Click here to learn more about the management of Dwarf Mistletoe from the Colorado State University Extension website.
