On December 7, 2015, at a Special Meeting of Members, members approved:
(1) the merger of the Sage Port Architectural Control Committee into the Sage Port Homeowners Association and
(2) the revisions to the Bylaws.
Measure 1 on the ballot, regarding the merger of the Sage Port Architectural Control Committee into the Sage Port Homeowners Association passed by a vote of 49 FOR and 1 AGAINST.
Measure 2 on the ballot, regarding the revisions to the Bylaws passed by a vote of 48 FOR and 1 AGAINST.
The SPHOA Board of Directors thanks the members for voting and approving both ballot measures.
