PURPOSE:
To discuss and vote on the following:
(1) Proposed Merger of the Sage Port Architectural Control Committee (ACC) into the Sage Port Homeowners Association (SPHOA)
(2) Proposed revisions to the SPHOA Bylaws
Written notice of the meeting, ballots, and information about the proposed merger and changes to the Bylaws have been mailed to all members. The SPHOA Board of Directors strongly supports both ballot measures and recommends a vote FOR the Merger and FOR the revisions to the Bylaws. Please attend the Special Meeting of Members and vote in person, or mail in your completed ballot and proxy. Mailed ballots MUST be received by December 7, 2015.
