PURPOSE:
The proposed Protective Covenants have been revised. The proposed Community Trash Collection Program has been removed. The revised Protective Covenants propose a change to the DURATION OF RESTRICTIONS section and legal verbiage needed to accomplish that. The purpose of this Informational Meeting is to discuss the new Protective Covenants proposal for Sage Port Filings 2 and 6A.
