Douglas County maintains a slash drop-off location at 1400 Caprice Drive, Castle Rock. The site is open May through October on Saturdays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. In case of inclement weather, please call 303-663-6274 to ensure that the site will be open as scheduled. In addition to dropping off slash, during the open season a County operated loader is available to load free mulch.
