(1) Proposed Merger of the Sage Port Architectural Control Committee (ACC) into the Sage Port Homeowners Association (SPHOA)
(2) Proposed revisions to the SPHOA Bylaws
QUESTION:

– Cost of a first-class stamp went from $0.06 to $0.08
– The Twenty-sixth Amendment to the US Constitution lowered the voting age to 18.
Minutes from the October 2015 Sage Port HOA Board of Directors monthly meeting have been approved and are available.
The Sage Port HOA recently worked with Douglas County and obtained an updated map of the lots within the subdivision (Sage Port Filings 2 and 6A). The updated map also includes some of the surrounding subdivisions. The map is color-coded and has a legend identifying the different areas. We think the map looks pretty awesome.
