From time to time, we are alerted about local resident, Wilfred Magnan, making a bogus claim of being chairman of the Sage Port Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Mr. Magnan mails postcards to some, but not all Sage Port homeowners, and he has a website which makes claims and accusations that are harmful, misleading and complete falsehoods. Continue reading →

Kathy Jackson recently resigned from the Sage Port HOA Board of Directors. The Board of Directors elected Mary Horwitz to take over as Treasurer. Congratulations to Mary and thank you to Kathy for her support of the SPHOA and her volunteer service to the community.

2017 Sage Port Chipping Day
