In 2015, the HOA mailed a survey to all owners of property in Sage Port filings 2 and 6A. The survey covered a variety of topics and requested responses to questions about fire mitigation, trash collection and working together with neighboring communities/HOAs to develop awareness and positions on such things as county activities which could affect our community.
The survey responses are in. In summary, the community trash collection question (reduced rates if the entire community is served by one trash company) received overwhelming support (98%) from those who responded. The idea of a community clean-up day received support from 57% of the respondents, an annual community garage sale received support from 45% of the respondents, and 36% of the respondents supported an enhanced Neighborhood Watch program.

Thank you to all who responded to the survey. The HOA Board of Directors will use the results of the survey to prioritize community projects.
