Due to COVID-19 and related health guidelines, the 2020 Sage Port Community Chipping Event has been cancelled.
Sun RV Resorts, owner of Jellystone, has proposed building a Wastewater Treatment Facility at the southeast side of their property to accommodate the expansion of the Jellystone recreational park. The plant would be located close to the existing Perry Park Water and Sanitation facility just off of Tenderfoot and Kenosha.

On Saturday, June 6, 2020, for the eleventh consecutive year, the Sage Port HOA will sponsor a community chipping event. On Saturday, June 1, 2019, for the tenth consecutive year, the Sage Port HOA worked with the Coalition for the Upper South Platte (CUSP) and brought chipping services to area property owners. Multiple properties in Sage Port Filing 2, Sage Port Filing 4, Sterling Point and the Sage Port at Antlers participated in the event. The chipping service was free for SPHOA members who helped load the slash into the chipper, and was reasonably-priced for non-SPHOA members.
