Sage Port Homeowners Association

In the Spring 2004 HOA newsletter, the Board of Directors sent out questionnaires to all 217 of our members in order to determine the goals and desires of the community.  The response to that questionnaire was both surprising and reassuring. Contrary to the claims made by a small dissident group of homeowners, roughly two-thirds of the members who responded are either happy with the way things are being run or want stronger enforcement of the covenants.  Nor do the numbers alone tell the whole story.  We received so many comments on the questionnaires that we broke them up into categories and posted them all on the HOA website.  Please click here to see the results of the survey and here to read the comments.
