Season’s Greetings and best wishes in the new year 2018.
There are currently some openings on the Board of Directors and some of the HOA committees. The Sage Port HOA encourages new volunteers. The commitment of time can be minimal. We welcome those who just want to help a bit and those with new ideas who really want to get involved. Minutes – Regular Monthly Board Meeting – September 19, 2017
Two individuals, Wilfred Magnan and Dennis Nuttall, are falsely representing themselves as members of the Sage Port Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Their false and unlawful claims create confusion in the community. The Sage Port HOA and the Sage Port ACC have sent cease and desist demand letters to both Wilfred Magnan and Dennis Nuttall. Neither Wilfred Magnan nor Dennis Nuttall has ever been a member of the Sage Port ACC. The current valid Sage Port ACC members are Glen Erickson and John Manka. The Sage Port ACC membership list is available here on the Sage Port HOA website, and is regularly maintained and updated to reflect any ACC membership changes.
